I am very pleased with Precision Exteriors work. The roof had a hole in the middle. Nate went to assess the roof and he kindly provided two estimates. One to replace the ridge vent and one to replace the roof and the ridge vent. We had recently replaced the Mansard less than a year ago. He provided the life expectancy of the current roof and where able to do the necessary repairs. Laurel, administrative assistant, was great at keeping us informed of the parts, scheduling and ongoing communication. Highly recommend them for your property exterior needs.

Do your homework, know your materials. This company is honest, other roofing companies can give you a price and switch out for the lowest quality underlayment which has a great deal to do with the life of your roof. Adam, Levi, and the skilled crew were comfortable to work with. It was helpful when Adam gave me a few addresses to look at different roofs they installed to get an idea of how the colors I was interested actually looked. I also spoke with people at Owens Corning. No pressure sales, more than fair pricing, worked with my schedule with the weather in mind, and any questions I had were answered. My century plus old house was a challenge with different angles, additions, and different roof materials (asphalt and cedar shake) yet finished beautifully in 1 day. Now passerbys in Crisfield in my remote location slow down just to take a look. God bless all of you who read this and to everyone there at Precision Exteriors. Adam was great. I told him I needed a roof replacement and my budget. He went out of his way to stay within my budget. I know this because I was honest with him and he knew the cost of estimate from insurance company. I received his top of line roofing l, he did not down grade the material. The best part was the constumer service, everything he said would happen occurred. He told me the following week my roof would be up. Thr next week material was dropped off at my home, and my roof was up in one day. I was kelp informed the entire way. That's the way I like to do business. A trustworthy company that gets the job done. My roof is beautiful. Indefinitely will reach out to the company to get some things done. Love that they are local also.

100% WOULD RECOMMEND After meeting with and getting quotes from five other contractors in my area I was getting fed up with poor communication and outrageous quotes. Until Adam from a precision exteriors came. Great communication, fair pricing and excellent craftsmanship and clean up.
