Repair or replace?
We typically recommend new gutters, or replacing a small section completely, instead of trying to fix an old gutter. Dirt gets caked onto old gutters and sealant doesn't stick to it, so a repair doesn't last. We also replace a lot of gutters in the winter and spring after large snow storms, when heavy ice and snow pull gutters away from the house.

Rotted fascia
A lot of the time rotted fascia is hidden behind the gutters or behind the fascia metal. New gutters can't be fastened to rotten wood, so we replace damaged fascia board and fascia metal as needed, billed by the foot.
